SANDSTON, VA — Precision Roll Solutions, LLC (“PRS”), a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners, announced today it has successfully acquired certain mechanical engraving and gravure print assets previously located in Palmyra, NJ from Pamarco Global Graphics, Inc. (“Pamarco” or the “Company”). The transaction was completed on November 17, 2023. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PRS is a full-service provider of highly-engineered precision roll solutions and related process componentry utilized within a variety of manufacturing environments. The combined companies allow for expanded capabilities and capacity, creating a more comprehensive service offering and further solidifying PRS as the best-in-class, service provider of choice.
Pamarco’s presence in Palmyra, NJ was established through its acquisition of Armotek Industries, Inc. in 1996. Since, Pamarco has established a strong reputation within the engraving, gravure, and embossing industry, demonstrated by the Company’s long-tenured blue-chip customer relationships spanning a wide array of pharmaceutical, consumer staples, and other industrial end-market applications.
